
Zipper trouble?
This service is covered on all orders for up to one year since purchase date. Please note that any orders over purchased at over a 30% discounted rate are not covered with this guarantee.
To request service, please email auraandbelle@gmail.com with your order number and picture or video of the damaged zipper. Do not place the zipper order here.
Please note you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off your zipper at our seamstress. We will fully cover the replacement costs.
Out of Lakewood, NJ area:
- You may mail it back and forth at your own expense.
- You may request a $18 refund and have it fixed by your local seamstress.
- You may request a $30 gift card to be used on any future purchase at our store.
