Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

US  Shipping: Shipping is free for all US orders over $250. For orders under $250, shipping is between $5-$10, pricing based on weight.  All orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered after 1-4 business days. Rushed shipping is offered at $20. 

International Shipping: At this time we are not offering international shipping. 

**Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges: You have 3 days from delivery date to request a return. If 3 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot accept your return request. All returns must be back by 14 days since your delivery date. 

Money Back: We must receive your return back before 7 days from delivery date for money back to original payment method.

Store Credit: We must receive your return back before 14 days from delivery date for store credit.

Returns In-Store: 3-days for money back and 7-days for store credit. 

Returns on Gifts: You have 28 days from delivery date to exchange or return your gift for store credit. There is no money-back on gifts. 

**Please Note: Any items discounted 15% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. There are no exceptions. Gift cards are final sale and not refundable. 

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on any open packages.

To Request A Return: Please email auraandbelle@gmail.com with your order number and purchase date. We will email you a return label. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return refund. To avoid the return shipping fee deducted from your refund, you may mail or drop returns to:

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will either be credited to your original payment method or will receive a gift card to your email. 

The A&B Guarantee

Damages: If you received your item in a less than perfect condition please email us at auraandbelle@gmail.com so we can make it right. Please make sure to notify us of any damages BEFORE using your item. Once it was used we cannot replace it. 

Our Guarantee: At Aura & Belle, we aim to please our customers. If your zipper on your duvet cover breaks we will fix it for up to one year since purchase date. If you have any other concerns regarding your linen purchase, we guarantee to make it right for up to a year. Simply send us an email at auraandbelle@gmail.com with your purchase number and a picture or video of the problem. 

***Please note: Any linen not washed according to our wash instructions listed here cannot be covered under our 1-year guarantee.
